Dice the Fresh Strawberry (1 cup).

In a bowl add the strawberries and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) and mash together.

In a separate bowl add the Whole Milk (3/4 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and whisk together until the sugar is well dissolved.

Add the Heavy Cream (1 3/4 cups), Honey (2 Tbsp), Strawberry Flavoring (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp), and mix. Pour into bowl with the mashed strawberries and mix together.

Pour your ice cream mixture into your ice cream maker. Turn on and let it run for 25-30 minutes, or according to manufacturer's directions. After that, transfer into a container and place in the freezer until solid.
