Cooking Instructions
1.
Dice the Fresh Strawberries (1 cup).
2.
In a bowl add the strawberries and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and mash together.
3.
In a separate bowl add the Whole Milk (3/4 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and whisk together until the sugar is well dissolved.
4.
Add the Heavy Cream (1 3/4 cups), Honey (2 Tbsp), Strawberry Flavoring (as needed), and Salt (as needed), and mix. Pour into bowl with the mashed strawberries and mix together.
5.
Pour your ice cream mixture into your ice cream maker. Turn on and let it run for 25-30 minutes, or according to manufacturer's directions. After that, transfer into a container and place in the freezer until solid.
