Into a pot, add Butter (4 tablespoon). Once hot, add Angel Hair Pasta (1 cup). Cook, stirring, until pasta is browned.
Add White Rice (1 cup). Cook, stirring constantly, until rice begins to brown slightly.
Add Onion (1), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Cumin (1/4 teaspoon). Mix well.
Add Garlic (1 tablespoon), Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (2 package), and Chicken Bouillon Cube (1).
Add Water (3 cup) and Frozen Peas and Carrots (2/3 cup). Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low. Cover and cook for 18 minutes, or until the water is evaporated.
Give it a stir. Allow dish to sit, covered, for 10 minutes before serving.
