Cooking Instructions
1.
Into a double boiler, add Chocolate Chips (2 cups) and Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp). Melt them together, stirring throughout.
2.
Into a mixing bowl, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups) and Vanilla Extract (as needed). Whisk in the chocolate until everything is well combined.
3.
Add Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup) and stir to combine.
4.
Transfer batter to a greased and lined baking tin. Allow to chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
5.
Remove the lining with the fudge from the pan. Slice the fudge into squares.
