Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add Oatmeal (2 1/2 cups), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Honey (3 1/2 Tbsp), and Assorted Nuts (1 cup). Mix until well-combined.

Spread granola on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes.
5.
Let granola cool completely on the tray, then add Dried Cranberries (1 cup). Stir to combine.
6.
Store in an airtight container for later, or serve as desired!
