Homemade soy milk is much healthier than commercial versions, which have significant amounts of additives (sugar) and are pasteurized. The best part about making soy milk with a Blendtec or Vitamix is that you save A LOT of time.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Soybeans (3 1/2 Tbsp) and hot filtered Water (2 cups) to the blender, and secure the lid.
2.
In the Blendtec, press the soup button and process twice. In a Vitamix, select variable, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10, then to high. Run for 6 minutes.
3.
Add Honey (to taste) and flavoring such as Vanilla Extract (to taste) or Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (to taste). Run blender for 10 seconds.
4.
Drink hot, or store in a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
