Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Soybeans (3 1/2 Tbsp) and hot filtered Water (2 cups) to the blender, and secure the lid.
Step 2
In the Blendtec, press the soup button and process twice. In a Vitamix, select variable, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10, then to high. Run for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Add Honey (to taste) and flavoring such as Vanilla Extract (to taste) or Ground Cinnamon (to taste) . Run blender for 10 seconds.
Step 4
Drink hot, or store in a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
