Step 1
Wash, clean and devein the
Shrimp (2.2 lb)

Step 2
Blend the
Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1/3 cup)

Garlic (7 cloves)
,
Milk (1 cup)
in a blender. Add to a stove on low heat with some oil to make the chipotle sauce. Let it cook slowly until it reaches a cinnamon color.
Step 3
In another pan on low heat melt the
Butter (3 Tbsp)
and add the shrimp. Add the chili sauce and mix.
Step 4
Let the sauce reduce and add the
Lime (1)
. Reduce until desired thickness for the sauce.
Step 5
Serve with white rice and garnish with
Fresh Cilantro (6 1/4 cups)
