Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
Step 2
Light season both sides of the Pork Chop (4) with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Step 3
On medium heat add some oil to your skillet or pan. Add the Onion (1 1/2) and Fresh Basil (1 handful) and begin to cook.
Step 4
Place the pork chops down and add some more Onion (1/2) on top. Pour over the Barbecue Sauce (to taste) and spread the sauce around.
Step 5
Place the skillet with pork chops into your preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and serve with sides of choice, I did mashed potatoes and salad.
