Before we begin making our cocktail, chill your highball glass by filling it with ice. Remove two strips of rind from the Lemon (1) and be sure to cut away the bitter white skin. Set aside.
2.
Fill the glass with ice and add DEWAR'S® 12 (1.5 fl oz) and ST. GERMAIN (0.8 fl oz). Top with Fever-Tree Soda Water (3.5 fl oz) and stir.
3.
Twist the lemon rind over the glass to release the oils and place into drink. Awaken the Fresh Mint (1 sprig) with your hands before adding into the glass. Serve and enjoy!
