Cooking Instructions

Place the
Garlic (1 clove)
in a bowl with the
Salt (1 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
, mash or grate with two forks.

Add in
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp)

Fresh Oregano (1 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Basil (1 Tbsp)
and
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
. Mix to blend. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3.
Cut the
Ciabatta Bread (1 loaf)
into fours and brush with the garlic oil.
4.
Distribute the sliced
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1 1/3 cups)
and
Pepperoni Slices (3/4 cup)
evenly.
5.
Place the sandwiches in a panini press and cook till melty and crisp - about 5-6 minutes. Enjoy!
