Wash the Scallion (2 bunch) and cut into 5 cm long segments. Pat dry. Heat Cooking Oil (1 cup) and put the green onion pieces in. Use a low heat. Simmer until the green onions are deep-browned and almost burnt. Transfer into a bowl to cool down.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the Yellow Alkaline Noodles (400 gram) according to package directions. Drain the noodles. Place noodles into a large bowl, add around 4 tablespoons of scallion oils and toss the noodles well to cool down.

Mix Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon), Dark Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon), and Light Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon). Mix the sauce with the noodles before serving. Serve and enjoy!
