Measure out 1/2 cup of kimchi juice from Kimchi (1 jar).

In a large pitcher, combine kimchi juice, juice from Lime (1), Tomato Juice (1/2 cup), Serrano Chili (1), and Jalapeño Pepper (1/2). Place the pitcher in the fridge and let the flavor combines for at least 30 minutes.

Place a fine mesh strainer over another pitcher and pour the chilled kimchi mixture through the strainer.

Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of a Limes (to taste) and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down​​ on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make lime wedges and set aside.

Pour Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) onto a plate. Mix with your finger. Take a Lime Wedge and rub the edge of cocktail glasses. Dab the top of the glasses into the salt/pepper mixture.

Divide the kimchi strained mixture between the two glasses (should fill halfway) and pour the Corona (2 cans) to fill the glass. Add Ice (to taste) if desired and top with a lime wedge.
