Powdered Confectioners Sugar

Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine Heavy Cream (3 cups), 2% Reduced Fat Milk (1 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 1/2 cups), Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp), and Salt (1 tsp) in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.

Pour mixture into a large plastic bag.
3.
Lay bag flat onto a baking sheet, and press to remove as much air as possible.
4.
Place sheet in freezer. Chill until just frozen, about two and a half hours.
5.
Remove from freezer, and bend bag back and forth to break up the mixture.
6.
Remove ice cream pieces from bag, and place in a food processor.
7.
Process until smooth, about two minutes.
8.
Pour processed mixture into a loaf tin. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
9.
Serve and enjoy your Classic Ice Cream!
