Cooking Instructions
1.
In a food processor, blend the Almonds (1 cup) for 5 -10 minutes, until a smooth, butter-like paste is formed.
2.
Add the Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp) and Salt (1 pinch) and process for another 1-2 minutes until completely combined.
3.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Author's Notes
Once you’ve made the butter, taste your mixture and add in whatever you want! Try adding a bit of cinnamon for a full, complex flavor that takes your almond butter to the next level.
