Lightly grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray and line it with some parchment paper. Make sure 2 sides of the parchment paper are longer to pull out the fudge without issue once ready.
In a microwave-safe bowl add
Dark Chocolate (1 2/3 cups)
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
poured right over the top. Place in the microwave for 1 minute on high.
Remove from the microwave and quickly stir together with a spoon until nice and smooth. Go ahead and pour the chocolate mixture into your pan and using your spoon spread out so that it reaches all corners and even on top. Pop into the fridge while you prepare the peanut butter mixture.
In another microwave safe bowl add the
Creamy Peanut Butter (1 cup)
and place in the microwave for 30 seconds or until runny and smooth. Pour the melted peanut butter over the chocolate fudge and smooth it over until even.
Place back into the fridge for 4 hours or until the chocolate has set. When ready, gently pull out of the cake pan using the longer parchment paper ends, and cut the fudge into square. Serve and enjoy!
