Cut parchment paper into six 4-inch circles, and line bottoms of each tart pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Add Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (30) crumbs and Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) to a mixing bowl and stir to combine, then pour in Unsalted Butter (4 tablespoon) and mix with a fork until evenly moistened.
Divide crumb mixture evenly between the six tart wells and press evenly into bottom and up the sides of each well.
Bake in preheated oven 4 minutes. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Break or chop Dark Chocolate (4 ounce) into pieces and melt according to package directions (double boiler or microwave). Stir until melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, mix Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and melted chocolate until well blended.
Add Cream Cheese (1 package), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/4 cup), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup), beat until well blended.
Slowly fold in Whipped Topping (8 ounce) and stir gently until well combined – you don’t want your whipped topping to fall flat.
Spoon Chocolate Cheesecake Filling evenly into individual tart shells and smooth top. Transfer to the freezer.
Right before serving, remove from freezer and spoon some Cherry Pie Filling (1 can) pie filling on top of each tart.
Use a potato peeler to create curls with the Dark Chocolate (4 ounce) to sprinkle on top, or place an individual chocolate treat on top of each tart. Serve immediately.
