Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Peel Sweet Potato (4), chop into eighths and place in an oven-proof dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle evenly with Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup).
Step 4
Add Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon).
Step 5
Add Corn Syrup (1/4 cup) and Water (1 cup).
Step 6
Dot with Unsalted Butter (3 tablespoon) and sprinkle with Salt (to taste).
Step 7
Tightly cover with a piece of aluminum foil and place in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and discard the aluminum foil. Serve and enjoy!
