Black Tea (1 bag)

Water (8 fl oz)
. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.

Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/4 cup)

Blend the tea in a blender for a few seconds to achieve a froth.

Alternatively "pull" the tea by pouring it from one mug to another until frothy on the top, it should take about 10 transfers.

Serve immediately while the tea is still warm.
