Raw Almonds

Medjool Dates
or 3 Tablespoons of Sugar

Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the Raw Almonds (1 cup) in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak overnight.
2.
Next day drain the almonds and place them in a blender of food processor with the Water (3 cups), Vanilla Extract (as needed), and Medjool Dates (3).
3.
Blend everything at maximum speed for one to three minutes.
4.
Sieve the milk. Then add Salt (1 pinch) and mix well.
5.
Serve the milk in a glass and enjoy!
