Sweet Vermouth

Cooking Instructions
1.
De-stem two sprigs of the Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs).
2.
Bring the Water (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and the rosemary to a boil then turn off the heat.
3.
When cool, strain.

Then store in a jar for multiple recipes!
5.
Assemble drink ingredients.
6.
Add Ice (to taste) to your glass.
7.
Add Ice (to taste) to shaker.
8.
Add Campari (1 fl oz).
9.
Add Sweet Vermouth (1 fl oz). Go light on the sweet vermouth if you don't like your drinks very sweet.
10.
Add Gin (1 fl oz).
11.
Add .5 oz of the simple syrup
12.
Shake, strain, and serve with the final sprig of Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig).
