on both sides.
Step 3
Add
Low-Sodium Chicken Broth (1 2/3 cups)

Frozen Corn (1 cup)

Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups)
, cilantro, green onions, tomatoes,
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
and seasoned chicken to a slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Step 4
Shred the chicken with a fork and serve over
Brown Rice (1 1/2 cups)
add extra toppings including more fresh cilantro or green onions. Serve and enjoy!
