Chop and dice Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup) , Scallions (3 stalks) and Tomatoes (2) .
Step 2
Season the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (1 lb) with Salt (1/8 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) and Onion Powder (1 tsp) on both sides.
Step 3
Add Low-Sodium Chicken Broth (1 2/3 cups) , Frozen Corn Kernels (1 cup) , Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups) , cilantro, green onions, tomatoes, Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , and seasoned chicken to a slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Step 4
Shred the chicken with a fork and serve over the cooked Brown Rice (1/2 cup) add extra toppings including more fresh cilantro or green onions. Serve and enjoy!
