This no-churn Durian Ice Cream is to die for. The durian pulp is already creamy but adding the whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk, plus the vanilla extract, makes it divine.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Run the Durian Pulp (1 cup) through a sturdy mesh strainer. Use the back of a large spoon to push the pulp through the strainer.
2.
Stir Sweetened Condensed Milk (3/4 cup) into the strained durian pulp, mix well then set aside.
3.
Whip up the Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) to stiff peaks.
4.
Slowly pour the durian pulp mixture and Vanilla Extract (1/4 tablespoon) into the whipped cream. Gently whip until everything is well incorporated. Don't over stir.
5.
Pour the ice cream mixture into an airtight container.
6.
Freeze overnight. Enjoy!
