Cooking Instructions
1.
Wrap a 6-inch springform pan with plastic wrap.
2.
Combine the
Smoked Salmon (1 lb)
with 1 Tbsp of VERY soft Cream Cheese this will act as glue to keep it from falling apart later.
3.
Press half of the smoked salmon into the bottom of the pan.
4.
Spread half of the remaining cream cheese over the salmon, to ensure it spreads easily you can microwave it for 15-30 seconds. Sprinkle
Red Onion (1)
over the cheese.
5.
In a bowl combine,
Dried Dill Weed (1 Tbsp)
with
Lemon (1)
. Then sprinkle over the pan.
6.
Spread the remaining salmon. Sprinkle with
Capers (1 cup)
. Spread remaining
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
. Cover fully with plastic and chill for at least 1 hour to set.
7.
Prepare the bagel chips. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
8.
Slice
Bagels (3)
into 3rds legnthwise and then slice into 1 to 2-inch strips.
9.
Lay the strips crust side down on a baking sheet. Brush with
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
and then sprinkle with
Everything Bagel Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
.
10.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Allow them to cool then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
11.
Uncover the dip, remove springform, and place it on a serving platter. Then sprinkle with
Scallions (3 Tbsp)
and then top with everything
Everything Bagel Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
.
12.
Serve dip with prepared chips and other veggie dippers.
