Distilled White Vinegar

Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Red Chili Peppers (6), and put into a small cooking pot together with the Caster Sugar (1 cup), and the Distilled White Vinegar (1 cup). Give the mixture a stir over a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
2.
Add the Garlic (2 cloves) to the pot, and allow the mixture to simmer for another 15 minutes.
3.
Allow the mixture to cool down for at least 20 minutes.
4.
Transfer the sauce into another container.
