If you don’t have gingerbread spices on hand, don’t fret! Here are two options:
1. Just use pumpkin pie spices instead, if you have those! And, forego the extra dash of cinnamon.
2. Make your own gingerbread spice mix with 2 parts allspice, cinnamon, ginger, and 1 part cloves and nutmeg. Easy peasy!
