Maple Syrup

Cooking Instructions
1.
Line an 8x8-inch baking tin with parchment and set aside.
2.
Into a large bowl combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Almond Flour (3/4 cup), Peanut Butter (1/2 cup), and Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp).
3.
Transfer mixture to a lined baking tin and pat down to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
4.
Pour Dark Chocolate (3/4 cup) over the almond flour mixture and evenly disperse using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
5.
Place in the freezer and set for 2 hours before enjoying.
Author's Notes
To recreate the drizzle pattern on the top, simply melt a few types of chocolate and use a rapid motion to drizzle the chocolate in an erratic pattern over the dark chocolate once it dries.
