Cooking Instructions

Chop your
Potatoes (6 2/3 cups)
down into small chunks. Transfer the chunks to a mixing bowl, and put in the fridge for about half an hour.

In a small jug, mix together the
Mayonnaise (1 cup)

Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)
