Cooking Instructions
1.
Pour Brown Rice Flour (4 cups), Rice Flour (4 3/4 cups), Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (4 1/2 cups), Tapioca Starch (4 1/2 cups) and Xanthan Gum (2 1/2 tbsp) into an extra large bowl.

Mix until well incorporated – this will take about 3-5 minutes with a whisk.
