Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix Sour Cream (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups), and Sea Salt (1 pinch) in a medium saucepot. Put on the stovetop on low and stir constantly until it gets thick and creamy about 6 minutes or until it reaches 240 degrees F (115 degrees C).

Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Pecans (4 1/2 cups) and remove from heat, stir nuts until they are all coated well.
3.
Spread over waxed or parchment paper. Let them sit overnight to dry.
4.
Package up and take as little gifts to friends or serve and enjoy!
