Put the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (12) into a zip bag, and smash them so that they are broken into chunks. Set aside

Into a dish, add the White Chocolate (3 cups), and Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups).Carefully mix that together. Pop this into the microwave for about 2 minutes, stopping every 15 seconds to give it a gentle stir.

Add in your crushed up cookie bits and mix everything well. Transfer the mixture into an oiled baking tin lined with baking paper, and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
4.
Slice up the fudge, and serve!
