Toss Baby Red Radish (6) with Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon) and reserve.
Toss Golden Delicious Apple (1) with Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon) and reserve.
Add together the Endive (1/2) and Rainbow Grape Tomato (10), then the radishes and apples. Toss all with Fresh Chives (1 tablespoon) and Italian Vinaigrette (1/4 cup).
Arrange salad on a serving platter.
Top salad with Capocollo (4 ounce).
Top with Parmigiano-Reggiano (3 ounce).
Grind Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on top. Serve and enjoy!
