This home made ice cream does not require an ice cream machine to make. Give it a go!

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or in a bowl using a hand electric mixer, whisk Heavy Cream (1 pint) on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Step 2
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Peppermint Extract (1 teaspoon), Green Food Coloring (to taste) and whisk on high speed until incorporated and stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Fold in Dark Chocolate (4 ounce), place into an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, but overnight works best.
