Cooking Instructions
1.
Fill a cocktail shaker with Ice (as needed), 4 Tbsp of the cherry syrup from Canned Pitted Black Cherries in Heavy Syrup (to taste), and the Mediterranean Gin (2 tots). Shake to combine.
2.
Divide the mixture between two champagne coupe glasses and top up with the Prosecco Wine (2 cups).
3.
Garnish each glass with a wreath of Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs) and a few black cherries from the Canned Pitted Black Cherries in Heavy Syrup (to taste) threaded on to a cocktail skewer.
4.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
