Cooking Instructions
1.
Steep the Rooibos Tea Bag (1) in the Water (2/3 cup) for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bag and pour the black tea into a small saucepan.
2.
Add the Fynbos Honey (4 Tbsp) and simmer over low heat until the mixture forms a light syrup. Allow to cool.
3.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add in the rooibos syrup, juice of the Lemon (1) and Hope On Hopkins® Esperanza (2 dashes). Shake to combine and divide the mixture between two highball glasses.
4.
Add ice and top up with Soda Water (2 cups). Garnish with the Dehydrated Lemon Wheels (to taste). Serve immediately and enjoy!
