Using a spoon, gently layer the ingredients in a clean pint mason jar with a lid. Start with the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), then the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Coffee Creamer (1/2 cup), Fine Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup), and finally Candy Cane (1/4 cup).
