Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place a rack onto a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, toss the Chicken Wings (2 lb) with Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1 tsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Onion Powder (2 tsp) and Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Place wings on the rack in single layer and cook for 50-60 minutes until brown and crispy.

Take wings out and let rest 5 minutes. Toss in your favorite sauce and serve right away.
