Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Lay parchment paper in a 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Add the Saltine Crackers (30) in one layer to the bottom of the dish for the crust.

In a small saucepan, melt the Unsalted Butter (1 cup). Add the Brown Sugar (1 cup), mix, and bring to a gentle boil for 2 minutes. Immediately pour over the crackers evenly.
4.
Place in the oven for 3-4 minutes, or until bubbly.
5.
Evenly sprinkle over the Chocolate Chips (1 cup) and Butterscotch Chips (to taste). Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate over the crackers. Top with Assorted Nuts (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste), or topping of choice.
6.
Chill until hard, about 15-20 minutes or overnight.
7.
Cut into pieces with a knife or using your hands.
