Cooking Instructions
1.
Split the
Pork Baby Back Ribs (1 rack)
into two halves.
2.
Season each side with
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Garlic Powder (to taste)
. Cover all sides with lots of
Rib Dry Rub (to taste)
.
3.
Baste all sides of the ribs liberally with the
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (1.1 lb)
.
4.
Place slow cooker liner in to crockpot.
5.
Place the ribs into the crockpot; bone side down.
6.
Cover the ribs with more BBQ sauce. Don't forget to save some sauce for dipping! Cover the crockpot.
7.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
8.
Preheat broiler at highest heat setting.
9.
Remove ribs from the crockpot very carefully, they will want to fall apart so use two spatulas.
10.
Baste a little bit more BBQ sauce on the top of the ribs.
11.
Broil ribs for about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't burn.
