Mix Plain Greek Yogurt (1 3/4 cups) and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) well. Pour the mixture into a sieve with a muslin cloth. Put the clothes ends together to wrap around the yogurt. Put it in the fridge overnight or 24 hours. Take it out of the fridge and serve with food of your choice and enjoy!
