Raw Sunflower Seeds

Freeze Dried Strawberries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Melt the Coconut Butter (1 Tbsp).
In a large bowl, add the Raw Cashews (1/2 cup), Raw Almonds (1/2 cup), Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Pepitas (1/3 cup), Raw Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup), Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), melted coconut butter, Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp).
Mix together until well combined and the flax meal coats everything evenly.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer.
Place the baking sheet into the oven to bake for about 10 minutes or just until the nuts are turning golden brown and smelling fragrant.
Once done, remove from the oven and toss with the Freeze Dried Strawberries (1/2 cup).
Allow to cool completely. Store in an air-tight container on the counter-top and enjoy!
