Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt the Coconut Butter (1 tablespoon).
Step 3
In a large bowl, add the Raw Cashews (1/2 cup), Raw Almonds (1/2 cup), Large Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Unsalted Raw Pumpkin Seeds (1/3 cup), Raw Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup), Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), melted coconut butter, Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon).
Step 4
Mix together until well combined and the flax meal coats everything evenly.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet into the oven to bake for about 10 minutes or just until the nuts are turning golden brown and smelling fragrant.
Step 7
Once done, remove from the oven and toss with the Freeze Dried Strawberries (1/2 cup).
Step 8
Allow to cool completely. Store in an air-tight container on the counter-top and enjoy!
