Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

Melt the
Coconut Butter (1 Tbsp)

In a large bowl, add the
Raw Cashews (1/2 cup)

Raw Almonds (1/2 cup)

Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup)

Pepitas (1/3 cup)
,
Raw Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup)

Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup)
,
Honey (1/4 cup)
, melted coconut butter,
Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
.
Step 4
Mix together until well combined and the flax meal coats everything evenly.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet into the oven to bake for about 10 minutes or just until the nuts are turning golden brown and smelling fragrant.
Step 7
Once done, remove from the oven and toss with the
Freeze Dried Strawberries (1/2 cup)
.
Step 8
Allow to cool completely. Store in an air-tight container on the counter-top and enjoy!
