Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat; set aside.

Raw Cashews (1/2 cup)

Raw Walnuts (1/2 cup)

Coconut Chips (1/2 cup)

Unsalted Raw Pumpkin Seeds (1/3 cup)

Raw Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup)

Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup)

Dried Blueberries (1/4 cup)

Honey (1/4 cup)
,
Coconut Butter (1 Tbsp)

Chia Seeds (1/2 tsp)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
a large bowl.
Step 3
Mix together to coat evenly.
Step 4
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the nuts are fragrant and just starting to brown.
Step 5
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 6
When cooled, store in an airtight container or enjoy right away!
