Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat; set aside.
Place Raw Cashews (1/2 cup), Raw Walnuts (1/2 cup), Coconut Chips (1/2 cup), Unsalted Raw Pumpkin Seeds (1/3 cup), Raw Sunflower Seeds (1/3 cup), Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup), Dried Blueberries (1/4 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), Coconut Butter (1 tablespoon), Chia Seeds (1/2 teaspoon), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) a large bowl.
Mix together to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the nuts are fragrant and just starting to brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
When cooled, store in an airtight container or enjoy right away!
