This Turkey Chili adds lots of protein and fiber into my diet from natural sources. So besides the obvious health benefits of the combination of ingredients in this dish, it is also pretty tasty too!

93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
Canned Diced Tomatoes
Canned Black Beans
Remove stems from, de-seed, and dice
Jalapeño Peppers (2)
. Place in a medium-sized pot. Heat to medium-high heat.
93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (1 lb)
on top. Cook meat and peppers until meat is browned and done through, cutting up meat with a wooden spoon occasionally, about 15 minutes.
Canned Diced Tomatoes (3 1/2 cups)
Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups)
Tomato Paste (2/3 cup)
Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Celery Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Stir until mixed well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to maintain a simmer (medium-low heat). Cover pot. Cook chili for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve and top with
Shredded Cheese (to taste)
