Remove stems from, de-seed, and dice Jalapeño Pepper (2). Place in a medium-sized pot. Heat to medium-high heat.
Add 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (1 pound) on top. Cook meat and peppers until meat is browned and done through, cutting up meat with a wooden spoon occasionally, about 15 minutes.
Add Canned Diced Tomatoes (28 ounce), Canned Black Beans (15 ounce), Tomato Paste (6 ounce), Chili Powder (2 teaspoon), and Celery Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Stir until mixed well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to maintain a simmer (medium-low heat). Cover pot. Cook chili for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve and top with Shredded Cheese (to taste).
