Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, pour in Heavy Cream (2 cup) and sprinkle the Instant Coffee (3 teaspoon) over the top and allow this to sit for five minutes. The coffee will dissolve slightly.
Step 2
After five minutes using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or a handheld mixer with the whisk attachment, whisk the cream on medium-high speed until it begins to thicken.
