Tip into a large bowl and mix with the remaining Quick Cooking Oats (1 1/2 cups). Mix in the Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), Dried Apples (1 1/4 cups), and Salt (as needed), and then set to one side.

In a medium saucepan, gently melt together the Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), and Golden Syrup (4 Tbsp) over a medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then remove from the heat.
