Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Mix Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and Dried Marjoram (1/2 teaspoon) in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Spread cream cheese mixture into the bottom of at least a 2-quart baking dish (metal or glass).
Spread half the Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) and half the Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) on top of the cream cheese base.
Next, spread all the Medium Salsa (16 ounce) over the cheese.
Finally, spread the remaining Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) and Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) on top.
Leave uncovered and bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm, or refrigerate until later. Serve as a dip with Tortilla Chips (to taste).
