Heat Milk (0.5 liter) in a vessel or pan. Make sure your vessel or pan is thick-bottomed or it might start to burn. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 min
Keep on stirring the milk and cook till it thickens and quantity is reduced to half. Once quantity is reduced, add mashed Khoya Barfi (120 gram). Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add Caster Sugar (3 tablespoon) and Green Cardamom Pod (1) as per taste and cook for 5-10 min. Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
Keep the mixture in freezer till semi-solid. Churn the mixture again using a fork. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times to avoid forming ice in the kulfi. Set the kulfi mixture in kulfi mold.
Keep it in freezer for 7-8 hours or overnight till Kulfi is completely set. For serving, remove from mold and garnish with Almonds (to taste).
