Cooking Instructions

Heat Oil (as needed) and sauté Onions (2/3 cup) till fragrant. Add the Boneless Skinless Chicken (1 cup). Pour in Cream (1 2/3 cups) and add in Aloo Gobi (1.1 lb). Let the sauce simmer over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through.

Season sauce with Poultry Seasoning (1 Tbsp), then add in Pasta (1.1 lb) and toss well.

Divide pasta into 4 portions. Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (0.5 oz), Chili Peppers (2 tsp), and Fried Shallots (2 tsp) before serving.
